A story, a journey, a meant to be, a wedding which was destined. From exchanging glances for the first time at a US Airport to deciding to spend a lifetime together, this story is their forever. Aakanksha & Sidhant dated for five years before deciding to spend their lives together.
To connect every thread of their story, our design inspiration for this wedding was a Royal Palace where you are the queen to your king. After stumbling upon so many ideas, the story of a Rajasthani Darbar hall stuck with us.
It is a place where food connected & comforted the souls of royalty, a place where love was spoken in different languages and still felt united. And so, we knew this would be the perfect setup to this story.
Our idea was getting our vision on paper, collecting essentials and drawing up a mood board from our daily inspiration. We wanted to create a day so magical and a night which will be remembered for generations to come. From brass elements, red roses, Rajnigandha, and a lot of Thikri work – our design revolved around a royal setting in a modern world. We wanted every element that would be visible to every person at a heritage palace to be a part of this special day of their union.
